Initial Consultation
We begin with an initial consultation to review your plans, inspect the existing conditions, take measurements and discuss your ideas.
Detailed Proposal
Within a few days, we will provide a detailed and itemized cost proposal for your project. For projects requiring design work, detailed floor plans and elevations are provided.
Project Development
We collaborate with you to develop the project details and modify the proposed design as needed.
Final Proposal
After all the details are confirmed, we provide a final fixed cost proposal. Unless you change the project’s scope, this price remains unchanged. There are no hidden fees or additional charges without changes to the scope.
